We will not accept accountant-introduced payroll clients for accounting or tax services unless the introducing accountant expressly asks us to. That includes requests for specialist tax consulting. This protection is written into our service agreement.

Payroll Harbour is a trading name of Carter Collins & Myer Ltd. The operator is disclosed, while the payroll service uses its own name and identity.

Choose how the relationship works.

Routine payroll and auto enrolment together.

Our standard prices include routine payroll and pension processing. Standard employer reports support your accounts work. We agree authority, contacts, deadlines and approval responsibility for every employer before taking over.

Move a portfolio in manageable stages.

We agree the first employers and pay dates, establish who holds the records and authorisations, then confirm each transfer. Straightforward setup is free; complex migrations, historic corrections and exceptional work are quoted separately.

A service agreement that reflects the arrangement.

We document the billing route, communication route, scope, approval contacts and client protection. Appropriate data processing arrangements are agreed before employee data is transferred. There is no requirement to describe Payroll Harbour as your own in-house team.
