Payroll Prices: Weekly and Monthly

Choose your employee band and pay frequency. Routine auto enrolment processing is included, with additional work explained before you commit.

Payroll and routine auto enrolment included

One regular fee covers your routine payroll and pension processing. Choose the employee band and pay frequency below. Standard setup and straightforward transfers are free; any complex work is quoted before it starts.

All fees exclude VAT. Prices cover the whole payroll, one PAYE scheme and one pay frequency. Fortnightly and four-weekly payroll is available by quotation.

Included in the regular fee

Payroll calculations, including routine overtime, variable hours and holiday pay
Routine starters and leavers, tax code changes and statutory payment calculations
Password-protected payslips and payroll documents sent by email
Routine HMRC payroll submissions, standard employer reports, P45s and P60s
Routine auto enrolment assessment, enrolment communications and contribution calculations
Contribution submissions to one supported pension scheme

Simple monthly payment

Pay monthly by direct debit, including for weekly payrolls. The service rolls monthly with 30 days’ written notice. Your quotation confirms the headcount basis and collection arrangement.

If you need something extra

Changes to your instructions after processing cost £15 + VAT per affected employee, with a £30 + VAT minimum per revised run. Our own errors are corrected free. Other additional work is quoted in advance.

Volume discounts are available where we bill your firm and you bill your clients. We can also bill clients directly at standard prices.
