Payroll Complaints and Professional Information
How to raise a concern about Payroll Harbour, request a review and obtain the professional information relevant to your engagement.
1. Tell us what has happened
Email payroll@uk-ccm.com with “Complaint” in the subject, or write to Payroll Harbour, Carter Collins & Myer Ltd, Chichester House, 2 Chichester Street, Rochdale OL16 2AX. You can also call 01706 225 617.
Include your business name, the payroll period concerned, a brief explanation and the outcome you are seeking. Please ask for an agreed secure transfer method before sending sensitive employee records. If an upcoming payday is affected, identify that clearly.
2. Review and response
We will acknowledge your complaint, identify the appropriate person to review it and explain the next steps and expected response timetable. The review will consider your instructions, the agreed scope, the records and the work performed. We will explain our findings and any proposed remedy.
3. If you remain dissatisfied
Reply asking for a partner review and explain which points remain unresolved. We will identify the reviewing partner and address those points in the response.
4. Resolving a dispute
If a dispute remains, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it internally and then, if necessary, use a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process before resorting to litigation. This follows the approach in CCM’s terms and conditions.
